WebNo emulator has proper scan lines, they're all just lines drawn on the screen. Since modern screens use actual square pixels and CRTs didn't they don't match up or look right. CRTs also work at a 720x480 resolution (for ntsc). The bigger the screen the blurrier it'll look, especially if your source isn't outputting to that resolution.
