It works something like this; Make the dough last thing at night, knead it, and pop it in the fridge. WebThe bread is done when the internal temperature reaches 205°F/95°C. Once it is done baking, remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool completely in the pan. Then remove the bread and slice with a serrated knife. Hint: The bread will look like it is done after the first 30-40 minutes. However, it is not.
