WebAfter reading the reviews on Goldcar and on TA's reports on changing to a more reputable company, I rang the travel agent -Jetline - to check what car hire company I was going to get. The Travel agent told me that they have stopped using Goldcar because of the complaints and now use Green Motion (HQ based in London). WebAfter getting gas from RAC, we filled up immediately 2 miles away. Upon returning the Mini Cooper, Green Motion detected minor chipping on one wheel hub and socked us with $850 surcharge. The Mini Cooper had many scratches around the body, which was noted by the rental rep upon delivery.
