WebA ghoul's paralysis works on non-elf creatures. Paralysis ( incapacitation, occult, necromancy) Any living, non-elf creature hit by a ghoul’s attack must succeed at a DC 15 Fortitude save or become paralyzed. It can attempt a new save at the end of each of its turns, and the DC cumulatively decreases by 1 on each such save. WebParalysis (Ex) When a ghoul deals damage to a creature with its bite or claw attack, the target must succeed at a DC 12 Fortitude saving throw or gain the paralyzed condition for 1d4+1 rounds. As a full action, the target can attempt a new saving throw to end the condition. Creatures with the elf subtype are immune to a ghoul’s paralysis.
